Safeguard Minnesota’s flagship program, America101, uses real-life discussions to teach youth their rights, responsibilities, and conflict resolution skills. This prevention-first model helps young people avoid becoming entangled in the legal system.We also provide support in mental health, job training, and mediation to create safety and equity for all across Minnesota.
Our system is in dire need of a legal transformation. Many individuals are being detained without appropriate legal representation.
We help individuals with legal challenges get the right help at the right time to avoid any tension between them and the law while also providing them information on their rights and responsibilities.

Young adults are experiencing a lot of trauma due to the prevailing system and are not receiving the help they need. The future of our generation needs safeguard to advocate and assist them.
Our partners work with training institutes and community groups to empower individuals to discover their highest level to excel in various fields most especially health industry and business ownership.
